The breath is our prana, our life force. It’s a barometer for what’s really happening inside on a mental and emotional level.

We can connect with the breath and gain an understanding of our inner landscape through the tools of pranayama, meditation, mudra and asana. Through this inner exploration and observation we come to know ourselves as eternal spirit.

During this live lecture Myra Lewin will share:

  • What a balanced pranayama practice will do and why pranayama can be harmful when done incorrectly

  • How sādhanā or morning practices set us up for a life of fulfillment

  • The lasting power of mudra in meditation and in life

  • What a sattvic asana practice will do and how to know if you have one
